Engine 4 Engine 5 Rescue 4 and Tower Ladder 2 were dispatched to the 1500 block of Fairview Rd at 2312 hours for a house fire. Bon Air 5 arrived on location and established Fairview Rd Command and ordered Engine 41 to the front of the building with a 1 attack line and a thermal camera. Engine 53 arrived and was ordered to establish a water supply. Manoa 6 Company 5 Command had the crew from Engine 53 and Engine 52 hand stretched a 5 to the hydrant and 5 supply line to Engine 41. Interior crew from Engine 41 reported the fire was out and the source was a dishwasher with heavy smoke throughout the house. Fairview Command then ordered the crew from Engine 53 to report to the 2nd floor and ventilate the windows. The crew from Tower Ladder 2 assisted interior crews with smoke ejectors. Company 5 was available at 2355hours.
